Kiana's Enchantress CGC, RA, SDO, RATI, RATI,
CD, TKN, FDC, TT, ATT How we got her: Circe was born in our kennel. She was from our Mannie and Valeska litter. How she got her name: We named her sister Jadis after the white witch in The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe. Circe was the sorceress from Homer's Odyssey. Her registered name "Enchantress" goes with the theme. Training and showing: Scott trained Circe in basic obedience. By the second class we knew she was going to be good. Circe picked up 2 legs of her Rally Novice title before completing her 7 week basic obedience course. She finished her Rally Novice title before getting her Canine Good Citizen title. Then they went into the Rally Advanced ring, and finished her Advanced title March 2010. Circe finished her CD title at the Yankee Siberian Husky Specialty show in May of 2018. We then decided to test her for the Advanced Canine Good Citizen title and her Novice Trick Dog title. Circe does chores with me every morning. I thought "Why not enter her in a Farm Dog Trial to get another title?" In order to get a FDC the dog has to qualify in two trials. She was entered in 2 trials on the same day and finished her title. For retirement Circe earned her Temperament Test title. Then the AKC came out with a temperament test in 2020, and she earned that with 2 perfect scores at 14 years old. Career in harness: 2008 was Circe's first season in harness. She proved to be a good leader, and even raced in lead. Circe finished her Sled Dog title her first season, and her Sled Dog Excellent title in 2009. In 2010 Circe became Scott's main leader, and finished her Sled Dog Outstanding title in 2011. Circe ran her last race season the winter of 2018. Some more about her: Circe looks like a lean version of her mother. Since Valeska is her mother that automatically puts her on our favorite list but she is more laid back than Valeska ever was. Circe is sweet and so willing to please. Circe lives in the house with us. Circe has been in a couple of films, but she does not let that go to her head. Her best friend: Her best friend is Circle. Her favorite thing: Circe loves people!
