Marc Hébert age 24 years of Carver, MA died unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 10,
2003 due to an automobile accident.
Born April 12, 1979 in Boston, MA he was the son of Richard and Joy Hébert of
Carver, MA.

He was a 1997 graduate of Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High
School in Rochester, MA and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in
English concentrating on film and drama and his minor in History in 2002 from
the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, MA.

Marc was a dedicated writer who wrote short stories, articles and reviews
that were published in several papers and was in the process of finishing his
first novel. In his earlier years he was a Boy Scout and enjoyed playing
Baseball.

He had a brown belt in Karate with several black stripes, was a member of the
20 Cent Fiction Theater Co. at U Mass and performed in a number of plays. He
also enjoyed working in the fall at King Richard's Faire and was an avid Star
Wars collector. He was an avid reader and enjoyed going dancing at clubs.
Marc was frequently seen with a book in one hand and a cup of coffee in the
other.

In addition to his parents Richard and Joy he is survived by a sister Corina
Alexander and her husband Scott of N.H.; a brother Paul Hébert of Kingston and
many other family members and friends.

Memorial visitation will take place on Friday from 5-9 PM in the
Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 280 Bedford St. (Route 18) Lakeville, MA.
A private burial will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given to Joslin Diabetes Center for
Children Research, One Joslin Place, Boston, MA 02215.
